DAY 1 – Apply Online

DAY 2 – Receive Documents

1. After making an online application, you will be emailed the necessary documents. Should you not receive an email from us within 48 hours, please contact the school telephonically at

DAY 3 – Pay Application Fee

1. A non-refundable application fee is payable upon application.  The application fee is currently set at R500 per family and covers our costs to process the application including running a credit check.

DAY 4 to 6 – Play Day

1. Your child will be required to attend a scheduled Play Day (Preschool) or Trial Day (Mountain View Campus), where your child will have an opportunity to get to know the school a bit better. We may also conduct an admissions assessment on this day.

DAY 7 – Offer of Place

1. Once successful, you will be sent an Offer of Placement alongside contracts to be signed. If you accept the Offer of Placement, you will be required to sign the contracts and pay a refundable deposit.
2. The refundable deposit is payable before the child starts school; this is the equivalent of one month’s school fees as set out in the School Fee Schedule.  We refund the deposit to you when your child leaves the school, provided proper notice procedures were followed.  If your child does not take up a place at the school after you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, you will not be refunded the deposit. 3. Once the deposit is paid and the contracts are signed, you will be issued a Confirmation of Place.
