Our unique Leadership Development Programme gently encourages your child to take the lead in their areas of strength, while nudging their potential in areas in need of leadership development.  

Our Preschoolers are encouraged to take the lead in easy-to-manage classroom responsibilities, while our older learners escalate their responsibilities to monitoring duties and taking turns in addressing the entire school at assemblies and special functions. While participation remains voluntary, our experience is that learners generally leap at the leadership opportunities, grow in self-confidence and excel beyond expectation!
